...that is the question. Whether tis nobler to make use of the game I paid fifty-dollars for, or to revert to the old faithful standard of which I have become accustomed to. To Sim2 or to Sim3?

-clears throat to rid herself of bad British accent- Since I have free-time on my hands...again...inbetween slaving over fan fiction of course; I wonder...what if I 're-created' ACA...in the Sim-verse. Granted I can't stuff everyone into one 'dorm', let alone a house- eight Sims per household-

But, I thought...what if each 'dorm room' could be an actual house- or if I wanted to suffer through Uni- actual dorms- and put each character two to a 'dorm room', then it could work.

Anyway...I have a question for the readers/watchers...which version of the Sims should I use?

I have Sims2- plus expansions- and Sims3.

The Pros of Sims2:
1: I prefer the in-game story maker
2: I'm more comfortable with the camera workings for picture taking
3: A lot of good representations of the Naruto characters are on the exchange
4: The chemistry and 'bolt' advantage as it comes to romance- meaning I don't have to do much to set up who ends up with whom. Just go with the strongest mutial-sp- attraction.

The Cons of Sims2:
1: Takes a LONG time to Load, namely going to and from lots, so nothing will flow smoothly
2: The characters are pretty much set on 'Zodiac' personality traits rather than things I can adjust/customize to closely resemble them as in ACA- or canon for that matter-
3: Did I mention the loading screens?
4: I'd have to make them all Uni students...or Adult. No inbetween-since teens can't live on there own...unless there are hacks involved.

The Pros of Sim3
1: Beautiful picture quality
2: Free-flowing neighborhood and story progression
3: Anything goes! Life goes on even while I'm doing something with another house.

The Cons of Sims3
1: Horrible character creation on the exchange! -I'd have to take the time and meticulous care, cause I'm crazy obsessed like that; to make the characters as close as possible
2: Limited things to do- no expansions out for Sim3-
3: On-site Story Creation- which I strongly dislike.

So...which is it, watchers? Should I try the 're-creation' of ACA with Sims2 or Sims3?

P.S: Note this is nothing serious. Just something for me to toy with when I'm experiencing creative dry spells/lack of motivation. Still, I look forward to the input.
